At DO, we handle fresh fruit with care and responsibility. Since apples and other fruits are perishable products, shipping is planned to ensure freshness and safe delivery.

For fruit orders, delivery is normally completed within a maximum of 5 days from the date of dispatch.

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible so that the fruit reaches customers in fresh condition.

🌦️ Weather & Road Conditions

Shipping of fruits is dependent on weather and road conditions, especially in hilly regions.

If weather conditions are unfavorable or roads are unsafe:

  • Dispatch may be delayed
  • Shipping will be carried out only when conditions become safe and suitable

📦 Shipping Responsibility

Once the order is dispatched, we coordinate with transport partners to ensure proper handling. However, delays caused by natural conditions such as heavy rain, snowfall, landslides, or road closures are beyond our control.
