Each member of our team plays a vital role – from the soil to the market, from planting a sapling to delivering a box of apples. Their combined efforts make Deepak Orchard not just a farm, but a family of dedicated people who care for nature and for you.

There is no separate office team at D O. The same people who work in the orchard also handle packing and phone calls. Most of our team members come from nearby villages and have been familiar with this land since their childhood. Work here is seasonal and sometimes tiring, but it’s shared between everyone, and that makes it manageable.
