📦 Minimum Order Quantity

Orders are accepted only for quantities of more than 100 cartons.
Orders below this quantity will not be processed.

This policy helps us manage harvest planning, packaging, and logistics efficiently.

🚚 Delivery Conditions

Delivery timelines depend on seasonal and weather conditions.
Since our products are agricultural and weather-sensitive, delivery schedules may vary.

We make every effort to dispatch orders on time, but delays caused by weather or road conditions are beyond our control.

💳 Payment Terms

• A partial advance payment is mandatory to confirm any order.
• The remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery.

Orders will not be dispatched without advance payment confirmation.

All varieties, grades, quality standards, and freshness details are finalised through discussion via phone or email before order confirmation.

The delivered products will match the specifications agreed upon during communication.

🔄 No Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fruits:

• No returns or exchanges are accepted once the fruits are purchased and delivered.

Customers are requested to confirm all details carefully before placing the order.
